Designed various components of Avant’s website, mobile apps, and customer-facing dashboard. Created wireframes and UX guidelines for various projects. Assisted in ensuring consistency in Avant’s brand guidelines across products. Explored new challenges within the financial tech industry.

Product Design Intern

Served as Tumblr’s very first product design intern. Designed full features for iOS, Android and the web. Created, designed and developed Tumblr’s first “living” style guide. Worked with a small team of designers and engineers to make the Internet more awesome.

Created Photoshop mockups of websites. Generated user interface and user experience mockups. Created web pages using HTML, CSS, Javascript and Git. Attended client meetings and provided input and ideas on projects.

Worked with ad sales representatives to create advertisements for potential and current clientele. Designed various branding and marketing material for both print and online, working both independently and with others to generate new, fresh ideas.
